Floor surcharge – for apartments without elevator from 3rd floor

. The standard prices mentioned generally apply only to averagely accessible apartments (e.g. ground floor to 2nd floor, normally furnished, without any special extras) .

        For clearing out a 4th or 5th floor without an elevator, the following applies:

  • More staff is needed (for carrying over long distances and stairs)

    The exact surcharge depends on the carrying distance, the volume of furniture and the number of helpers.

    Clearing out higher floors without elevators will incur additional costs. We charge:

Area of application:

  • All Berlin districts: e.g. Mitte, Neukölln, Charlottenburg, Pankow, Lichtenberg, Spandau, Tempelhof, Köpenick, etc.

  • For the surrounding area: Potsdam, Oranienburg, Falkensee, Hennigsdorf, Bernau, Brandenburg an der Havel, Teltow, and many more (up to 40 km we charge an extra 100€) / (up to 60 km we charge an extra 200€) as travel expenses and fuel costs.
